Join the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History for our Distinguished Lecture Series. This week, we will be featuring Dr. Chuck Blend and his lecture, “A Plethora of Parasites: An Exploration of Deep-Sea Parasitology.”

Dr. Blend is a Resident Scholar in Parasitology & Deep-Sea Biology, 2016-Present, at the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History. He has described over 50 new taxa of parasitic worms and he is the only one in the world who works extensively and primarily full-time in deep-sea parasitology with a focus on parasitic worms.
