DESCRIPTION:Program Details:\n\nCalling all future scientists! Explore the world of chemistry through hands-on science experiments on Friday\, September 4th\, from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Harness the power of a gas-generating reaction with a film canister rocket. Learn how to extract DNA from a strawberry. Investigate different states of matter\, and even create a non-Newtonian fluid! \n\nDate: Friday\, September 4\, 2026\nTime: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM\nLocation: Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History\nCost: $20/student for non-members and $15/student for members\n\nPre-registration is REQUIRED. \n\n\n\nNotices for Parents:  \nDuring our two-hour Home School Program\, space is limited to students enrolled in Grades 1st-6th. Younger/older siblings or parents are welcome to browse through the Museum with separate general admission ticket purchase(s).\n \nBe on time for the program. Homeschool Day check-in begins at 10 am.
