2023 Swing into Fall Soirée
CELEBRATING THE RENOWNED GALVAN BALLROOM
On the second story of a building at the corner of Agnes and Crosstown, Corpus Christians gathered together to move together. The Galvan Ballroom celebrated Corpus Christi’s multicultural dynamic. Big bands, swinging tunes, great jazz, and live musicians’ cool vibes helped Corpus Christians transcend racial barriers and dance together inside the Galvan Ballroom in the segregated 1950s. Swing into Fall at the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History as we celebrate the Galvan Ballroom’s remarkable heritage.

This event will feature delectable food, refreshing drinks, silent and live auctions, and a memorable night of dancing to the music of Matt Hole and the Hot Rod Gang as we pay homage to the Galvan family and their iconic Ballroom. Dress: Business Casual. Valet Parking Available
