Skills TOFTG: Build and Charge! Creating an Electric Charging Station
This One’s for the Gals’ Build & Charge! Workshop introduces girls and boys to the world of electricity and how Electrical Technicians and Electrical Engineers work together to help power our world forward. Students will get an overview of how electricity is produced and the very many career pathways available to them from Skilled Trades to STEM. We will also share how they can be safe around electricity and the importance of conserving electricity whenever possible. Each student will also build and go home with their very own charging station.
