When is the sponsorship commitment deadline?
To receive the full range of promotional benefits, sponsorship commitments should be received by August 28, 2026.
When are sponsor logos due?
High-resolution or vector logos should be submitted by August 28, 2026 to ensure inclusion in printed materials and event promotions.
How will I receive my sponsorship benefits?
A member of the Museum team will contact you after your sponsorship is confirmed to coordinate your benefits, including event tickets, recognition materials, and Business Membership information.
Can I customize my sponsorship?
If your organization is interested in a customized sponsorship opportunity or has specific recognition goals, we'd be happy to discuss options with you.
What if my organization can't attend the event?
Your sponsorship still makes a meaningful impact. If you're unable to attend, we can discuss options for distributing your tickets or maximizing your recognition benefits.
Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
The Friends of the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. A tax acknowledgment will be provided following your contribution.
