Summer STEAM Adventures

Thursday through Sunday until July 31 | Included with Museum Admission

This summer, curiosity takes center stage at the Museum! Through July 31, families can dive into hands-on experiences designed to spark imagination, fuel discovery, and inspire a lifelong love of learning through S.T.E.A.M.—Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics.

Every visit offers something new. On Tuesdays, we’ll feature story time at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm, and you can meet our team of research scientists (all volunteers), who will introduce you to the wonders of their work. On Wednesdays, meet a curator and listen to a tale told about the week’s theme. Thursdays through Sundays, explore rotating themes featuring engineering, chemistry, history, backyard science, and more through interactive activities, discovery carts, games, story times, curator encounters, and rare opportunities to get up close with objects from the Museum’s collections.

Whether you’re building, experimenting, creating, or exploring, Summer STEAM Adventures invites learners of all ages to discover just how exciting science and history can be.

Generously sponsored by H-E-B Tournament of Champions, Flint Hills Resources, and Rally Credit Union.
